Our Policies

Class Conduct:

  • Please be respectful to all others around you.

  • Please refrain from any negative self-talk. We promote a positive space where everyone feels welcome.

  • No cell phone use in the classroom.

  • Keep chatter to a minimum.

  • Do not attempt to instruct peers. Ask the instructor if more clarity is needed.

  • Keep movement within the scope of the class instruction.

  • Know key points of contact before attempting a trick.

  • Know the order of operations before attempting a trick or transition.

  • Attire: fitted spandex shorts and a sports top. Pants, capris, and long shorts are not great for pole dance.

  • Minimum attire: spandex shorts or pole shorts and a sports bra is our minimum attire. All intimate body parts must be covered. If a client comes dressed below the minimum attire, they may be asked to leave with no refund given.

  • Substance Use: consumption of alcohol or any mind-altering substance is strictly prohibited before and during class. If we suspect the use of alcohol or mind-altering substances before class, you will be asked to leave with no refund given.

  • Please keep bags and personal belongings in the lobby. The dance studio must be cleared of belongings to prevent any accidents.
