What you’ll get

75 minute session includes:

  • 15 minute warm up at the start

  • 25 minutes of instruction, learning and play

  • 20 minutes of dancing through a short, fun routine

  • Last 15 minutes will be time for photos

What Should I wear?

Fitness shorts, a fitness top and socks are most comfortable to dance in.

What should i bring?

If you have knee pads, those would be great too! Don’t forget your water bottle - we have a filtering water dispenser in the dance space.

How many poles are in the studio?

Our studio has 7 poles and can fit up to 12 participants comfortably
